FHZL Sand 3D Printer

The FHZL Sand 3D Printer is an industrial-grade additive manufacturing solution designed for high-speed, high-precision sand mold and core printing. Using binder jetting technology, it eliminates the need for traditional pattern-making, enabling rapid and cost-effective production of complex casting molds.

  • Ideal for foundries, automotive, and aerospace industries, the FHZL sand printer delivers intricate geometries, high dimensional accuracy, and excellent surface quality, significantly reducing lead times and production costs.



Additional Features:

  • Printing Materials: Compatible with various sands (silica, ceramic, synthetic) and binders (furan resin, inorganic binders).​
  • Applications: Suitable for producing molds and cores for aluminum, iron, steel, and copper castings across industries such as automotive, aerospace, and engineering machinery.

PCM1200

  • Build Volume: 1200 × 1000 × 800 mm (960 liters)

  • Layer Thickness: Adjustable between 0.3–0.5 mm​
